I have just finished reading the
Star Wars comic book Star Wars Jedi Yoda script by
Jeremy Barlow and art by
Hoon.
I actually liked the art of Hoon. Especially the
Jedi Padawan Pix character is I believe will cover more space than just she had in the
Star Wars Jedi Yoda.
Although
Pix and her padawan friend
Cal are making great mistakes during the war on
Thustra, she deserves more action in Star Wars comics and novels with the art of Hoon.
Just as in the case of Anakin Skywalker, I believe
Yoda is once more failing with the young Jedi's Pix and especially Cal. Yoda knows the
Clone Wars is changing the Jedi. And
Master Yoda asks himself after all at the end of the story, "
No longer sure am I, if it is worth the price".
The
King Alaric is wise and he is capable of seeing what is going on Coruscant and on the Galactic Senate. And
King Alaric warns
Master Yoda and asks his friend Yoda this question : "
Even if what you're fighting for may someday turn on you?"
I liked this Star Wars comics book
Star Wars Jedi Yoda much. It has some clues that how the Jedi Order is failing itself within the war.
As
Jedi Master Yoda said to
Obi-Wan Kenobi within the adventure "
The best blades are kept in their sheaths".
